If you want to remove extra space between words then follow the steps carefully:
Step 1: Open the required document.
Step 2: Press Ctrl + H. Then 'Replace' dialog box will be opened.
Step 3: In 'Find what' box, type '^w' and in 'Replace with' box, type a single space in it and click on 'Replace All'.
By following these steps, all extra spaces between words in the document will be replaced by just one space.
